The British Superkart Club is home to the fastest kart racing in the United Kingdom — gearbox superkarts from 125cc to 450cc, inches off the tarmac at up to 160mph. A grassroots paddock feeding drivers into every corner of motorsport.
The news feed goes live ahead of the 2027 season opener. Championship reports, driver features and paddock notes will land here first.
We're really excited to be attending Motorsport Expo 2027, and we'd love you to come and see us over the weekend. If you've ever wondered what superkarts are all about, this is the perfect opportunity to find out — we'll be there to answer your questions, show you around our race karts, and explain how you can get involved in one of the fastest and most exciting forms of circuit racing in the UK.
Best of all, we'll be putting on live superkart demonstrations throughout the weekend, so you can experience the speed and sound of these incredible machines for yourself. Whether you're a racer, a motorsport fan, or just curious — come and say hello.
Catch the club in action at Castle Combe's Performance Action Day. Come and see the karts up close, meet the drivers, and find out what superkart racing is all about.
From race weekend marshals to media and comms, the club is recruiting volunteers, committee members and paddock crew ahead of the 2027 season. All roles are open regardless of experience — we'll train the right people. Express interest via email below.
Own the BSC's digital voice across social, video and web. Cover race weekends, produce driver features, and shape the club's public presence. Suits someone with editorial instinct and a camera bag.
Coordinate entries, timing, results and paddock administration across the championship calendar. The nerve centre of every race meeting. Organised, unflappable, comfortable in race control.
Technical inspection of karts pre- and post-race. Enforce class regulations, sign off eligibility, protect the integrity of the championship. Mechanical background essential — training provided.
Recruit, brief and manage trackside marshals across the season. Liaise with circuit teams and ensure a full complement at every round. Front-line safety operations — no season runs without you.
Build partnerships, secure championship sponsors, and represent the club to industry. Suits someone with a motorsport network or the appetite to build one — outbound, relationship-driven work.
Help steer the club at committee level. Attend quarterly meetings, contribute to championship policy, and shape long-term strategy. Motorsport involvement helpful but not required.
Send us a note about your background and interests — we'll match you to the right role, or invent one. Every expression of interest gets a personal reply.
Whether you're expressing interest in a role, registering interest for an event, or just asking a question — drop it here and someone from the club will come back to you personally.
